About the Role
Afroxchange Global Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to support our client, SaskPower, in delivering key projects under its Nuclear Business Technology Program. This is an exciting, long-term opportunity for a highly skilled professional who excels in both business analysis and project administration—and is eager to contribute to digital transformation in a high-security, mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, elicitation, and traceability
- Develop and manage user stories, journey maps, and capability maps
- Conduct business process modeling and workflow analysis
- Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and test documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions
- Prepare comprehensive technical and non-technical documentation
- Support product design and implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to align on project goals
- Use tools such as Azure DevOps for tracking and reporting
- Assist with project administration, vendor coordination, and procurement activities
Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Strong expertise in requirements management and business process analysis
- Experience with Agile methodologies and user-centered design
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and deliver professional documentation
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum certification
- Experience working in high-security environments or regulated sectors
- Vendor management and RFP coordination experience
Work Conditions
- Work Location: Onsite at client location – Regina, Saskatchewan
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
