Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Onsite in Regina, SK (with ad-hoc remote flexibility)

Afroxchange Global Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead technical infrastructure initiatives for a valued public-sector client in Regina, Saskatchewan. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in the Intelligent Networks & Infrastructure team—driving projects related to servers, networks, and Azure cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain a detailed Project Management Plan including scope, timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
2. Oversee the creation of Detailed Solution Designs with comprehensive technical specifications.
3. Prepare Service Recovery Documentation for critical services and disaster recovery scenarios.
4. Ensure clear and consistent Stakeholder Communication, including status updates, risk tracking, and adjustment plans.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience:

1. Demonstrated experience managing projects involving server, network, Azure, and SharePoint solutions.
2. Strong grasp of governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement best practices.
3. Solid technical background in infrastructure and cloud-based project environments.

Required Qualifications:

1. PMP Certification (mandatory)
2. 2–4 years of post-secondary education (Technical Diploma or University Degree)

Work Conditions

1. Primary work location is onsite in Regina, with occasional remote flexibility.
2. Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
3. Minimal overtime; no on-call duties required
