Afroxchange Global Services Ltd. is a trusted name in IT and Telecom Consulting. We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our key public sector clients in Regina, Saskatchewan—a major player in the public utilities industry.

We’re looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Specialist Architect to lead the design and implementation of a secure, scalable, and automated Azure environment. You’ll be contributing to a high-impact digital transformation initiative within the Nuclear Subsidiary IM Division.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Architect and manage Azure DevOps tools (Pipelines, Repos, Boards)
  2. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform
  3. Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automation and consistency
  4. Integrate security and compliance into the DevOps lifecycle
  5. Develop rollback and disaster recovery solutions within DevOps
  6. Implement proactive monitoring and alerting across environments
  7. Enforce and manage Zero Trust security policies
  8. Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Security Engineers, and project teams
  9. Document pipeline configurations and DevOps best practices

What We’re Looking For

  1. 6+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps and solution architecture
  2. Expertise in Azure Pipelines, Repos, Boards, and IaC tools
  3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and the .NET Framework
  4. Proven ability to develop secure, high-performance enterprise solutions
  5. Proficiency in scripting, automated testing, and monitoring tools
  6. TOGAF and Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certifications (preferred)
  7. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Work Details

  1. Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite presence in Regina, SK preferred)
  2. Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST
  3. On-call: Minimal, if required
