IT Business Analysts (Contract)

Location: Hybrid (Preferred Onsite – Regina, SK)
Start Date: April 28, 2025 | End Date: March 31, 2026
Utilization: 100% Full-time | Openings: 3 Positions
Client: Public Sector – Utility Industry

Afroxchange Global Services Ltd., a leading IT and Telecom Consulting firm, is seeking experienced IT Business Analysts to join a dynamic initiative supporting our client’s SaskNuclear IT Program in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Your Role Will Include:

1. Leading requirements elicitation and analysis sessions
2. Developing and maintaining comprehensive user stories
3. Creating business process models, capability maps, and customer journey maps
4. Planning and coordinating system and user acceptance testing
5. Facilitating stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions
6. Preparing technical and business documentation
7. Supporting product development and ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience with large-scale system implementations (COTS and custom solutions)
2. Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and user-centered design practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification

Work Details:

1. Work Mode: Hybrid (onsite presence in Regina preferred)
2. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
